Project Foreman
Project Contract | Full Time | Salary
Minimum Experience – Successful Candidate must meet the following requirements;
- Minimum 10 years of relevant project experience
- Trade qualified
- Full Car Licence with Light Utility Vehicle (Ute)
- Ability to carry out trade work as required by project if required.
Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to ensure the day to day running of commercial projects, co-ordinate the team to carry out set tasks to meet project deadlines. Liaise with vendors and suppliers and ensure positive relationships onsite. A foreman also ensures the maintenance of company tools and equipment and overall, ensures the work, health and safety of all workers on site.

Project Manager
Project Contract | Full Time | Salary
Minimum Experience – Successful Candidate must meet the following requirements;
- Minimum 10 years of Industry experience
- Hold’s a Degree or Diploma in Management
Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to ensure the day to day running of commercial projects, co-ordinate the office and site team to carry out set tasks to meet project deadlines, budgets and quality expectations. The successful candidate will be involved in project procurement of trades and suppliers, Client and Subcontract liaisons and project delivery. The successful candidate will be managing small teams to achieve project objectives effectively and efficiently. This position will report directly to the General Manager.

Qualified Joiner / Cabinet Maker
Immediate Start | Full Time | Salary
Minimum Experience – Successful Candidate must meet the following requirements;
- Minimum 10 years of relevant project experience
- Trade qualified (Joinery)
- Full Car Licence with Light Utility Vehicle (Ute)
- Have all hand and battery tools required for the trade
Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to custom fabricate joinery using all types of laminates and timbers to suit project requirements. Must have prior experience in joinery and cabinet making. Candidate will be tasked with all fabrication and installation works for the joinery division operating out of the Kastell Warehouse. The successful candidate will be working closely with our in house trades team to meet project deadlines. Candidate will be tasked with the upkeep of tools and equipment. This position will report directly to the Construction Manager and needs to have exceptional organisational and time management skills.
